Best Medical Center was founded in 2017 by Maria E. Hernandez — an immigrant mother of three who brought her family from Cuba in pursuit of a better life, and a better kind of medicine.

Maria E. Hernandez arrived in Miami with three children and a conviction: that primary care should feel like family. In 2017, she opened the doors of Best Medical Center to make that conviction real.
